🔔 Hello Furparents and Fur Friends! Some exciting things are happening!

Firstly - Deidre's Petopia will officially and effectively be a LLC starting next week (May 25th)!

**What does this mean for past clients? This means, there will be new methods of paying (i.e. business accounts). Please see our website under "Services ➡ Forms of Payment" or our Linktree for more information. 🔗 in Bio.

Secondly - We will be back in the Greater Spfd area next week as well! This is our final week in Los Angeles, and we look forward to seeing old and new fur friends.

If an emergency were to come up, you would always be my 1st contact, but since you will more than likely be out of town, here are some things I ask for to help with peace of mind.

In my 15+ years, I’ve only had to take a pet to the emergency vet once, and that was when I was still allowing pets in my own home (in the first 5 years).
It was a puppy who liked to jump from the top of the stairs onto the landing in between floors and they landed wrong.

Some things you already knew about me!

1️⃣ I’ve been doing this for 15+ years, since I was in high school school watching dogs at my house for $10/night (and an additional $5 per pet)

2️⃣ Your pet gets the benefit of being in their own place! I also give meds at no extra cost, if your fur-baby needs it. Whether it’s in pill pockets; sprinkled on food; etc., I can do it.

3️⃣ Cuddles and play time! Most places charge extra for enrichment. Outside of my work schedule, your baby gets another person to love on them and play with them. I might be another “spare” but I’ll become their other favorite spare human / new best friend.

4️⃣ My fee! Where does it go? Well…it helps pay for my food and gas! Sure, I could charge the same price (or more) as the surrounding boarding / pet sitters but since I stay at your place with your fur-baby, I am also using your electricity, water, sewage, and trash. I always pick up after myself and leave things the way I found it. The most I’ve left behind for you to “clean up” is bedding and maybe you have to put away the clean dishes I left to dry in the dishwasher or hand washed.

5️⃣ If you have plants to water, mail to pick up, packages sent to the house, etc. I will bring mail / packages / newspaper inside, and I will water your plants (inside and out). Just remember to let me know what’s needed around the house! I’ll even pull your trash can to the curb and back.
