I apologize for my long absence due to a health crisis 🏥
أعتذر عن غيابي الطويل بسبب وعكة صحية
but the Lord’s ☝ hand was extended to support and heal me 🫂
، لكن يد الرب كانت ممتدة لمعاونتي والتعافي .
During this period ⏳
خلال هذه الفترة I learned that prayer 🙏 and 💊medicine تعلمت أن الصلاة والطب
do not contradict لا يتعارضان

🛐 Prayer: It is the connection that grants inner peace 🕊 and spiritual strength 💪 to face pain
الصلاة: هي الصلة التي تمنح السلام الداخلي والقوة الروحية لمواجهة الألم.
⚘Taking action: It is respecting reason and science 🧪as gifts from God .
الأخذ بالأسباب: هو احترام للعقل والعلم كعطايا من الله، فالعلاج والدواء هما وسائط يسخرها الخالق للشفاء

Jesus ✝️ did not only talk about sickness with words, but He faced it with actions 👊
لم يتحدث يسوع عن المرض بالكلمات فقط، بل واجهه بالأفعال.

🫂Jesus presented Himself as the "True Physician" who heals not only the body 👨‍⚕️ but grants a soul capable of endurance
يسوع قدّم نفسه كـ "الطبيب الحقيقي" الذي لا يداوي الجسد فقط، بل يمنح نفساً قوية قادرة على الاحتمال.

🛐 A short prayer for healing ⛪ :
صلاة قصيرة لطلب الشفاء:
O Lord Jesus Christ, أيها الرب يسوع المسيح
Physician of our souls and bodies, يا طبيب نفوسنا وأجسادنا،
touch every place of pain.المس كل موضع ألم.
Grant my body strength,امنح جسدي القوة،
my mind peace,ولعقلي السلام، and my soul hope.ولروحي الرجاء Amen. آمين"
