Also, it's quite clear that modelling shouldn't be one of our career choices. Kayla, on the other hand, might have a shot at it.

THE STORY BEHIND OUR LOGO AND MASCOT

One day Ru introduced Anu to his love of Dachshund dogs and she immediately fell in love. She had always wanted her very own doggo named Kayla, so we decided when we get one she’ll be a chocolate brown Dachshund pup named Kayla.

So both the name and the logo of our drinking chocolate mix came about quite easily and with great excitement. Kayla is our Cocoa Hound and we hope to share her with you very soon.

Why did we start Cocoa Hound?

In our quest for one of those satisfyingly indulgent and nostalgic hot chocolates, we came up short. So we were compelled to make our own from scratch, which according to all our friends and families testimonies, was liquid chocolate love in a mug.

Everyone’s had it tough these days so the need for comfort food and drink has never been more desperate. Isn't a warm chocolate drink therefore one of the definitions of comfort, satisfaction and treasured nostalgia?
