Part 3: A Second Chance 🐾
When he arrived at WVS Hicks ITC, the reality was clear.
His leg… couldn’t be saved. 💔
The injury was far too severe, and the kindest, most humane option was to go ahead with amputation.
It’s never an easy decision.
But sometimes, saving a life means letting go of a part of it.
Surgery went ahead — and he made it through. 🙏
Today, he’s still at the clinic, receiving care… and something incredible is happening:
He’s healing.
He’s getting stronger.
He’s learning to live again — just a little differently.
And the best part?
He’s doing so well. 🧡💚💛
With a bit more recovery time, we’re hopeful he’ll soon be ready to return and live his life — safer, pain-free, and with a real second chance.
From a frightened, injured stray… to a survivor. ✨
Thank you to everyone who made this possible 🙏❤️
