Declare MSP of ASF(Animal source food),Poultry byproducts & Fishes products. All political parties, elite classes,Media thinkers, Hon'ble Judges& above all present Administrative powers,for sake of India's welfare,remove these contentious issues and confer tranquility among Indians.jai hind.

Veterinarians of the country,
A fight between self centered and common cause centered people are going on at every civil society . A fight between Achievers and so called achievers are also visible at the corridors of blind administrative power. But we vets stand for well being of the poorest last men and speechless creature of the society . Our endeavor is for upliftment of economically downtrodden citizen . After a long silence GOI ,to doubled farmers income ,created a separate ministry for this we congratulate Hon'ble Prime Minister ,simultaneous our due duty for national building is of prime importance . For this strong and vulnerable IVA function is need of our. To keep in mind we are going to organize 29th GBM of Indian Veterinary Association at BHOPAL ,MP on 7-8September,2019. Your strong participation is expected for profession and upliftment of livestock owners ,keep off our internal differences and make a grand 29th IVConference and our brain storming technical discussion will assist in making road map for AH activities to present GOI. Emergent executive meeting proceeding :- Due unprecedented circumstances arise out of natural calamities of Orissa i.e. fony cyclone, Orissa veterinary association is not in position to conduct GBM of IVA ,as reported by its general secretary, we have organised IVA executive meeting on 10th June at Dinadayal shodh sasthan ,7extension, Jhandewalan, New Delhi on telephonic conversation, as per need of the hour, at 11am . President Dr R S Sharma has consented for the EC meeting ,due the family health condition unable to participate but endorsed the out come of the meeting in totality. In this context under presidentship of IVA Vice President Dr Ashoka Sharma meeting was conducted. Following IVA executives and special invitees are participated as :-

Considering the present scenario of IVA and its effective role ,after a brain storming discussion following resolutions adopted with full voice :
1. On the proposal of Prantiye rajapatrit pashu chikitsak association, Madhya Pradesh(PRPCA,M.P.) EC ,decided that 29th conference & GBM of IVA will be held under umbrella of PRPCA,M.P. at Bhopal preferable at the last week of August ,2019.
2. Due to natural calamities Orissa veterinary association has not in position to hold 29th GBM of IVA to be scheduled on 23rd of June, request of OVA accepted.
3. All state associations President/Secretaries have been requested to deposit their affiliation fee and members list as soon as possible.
4. EC has extended thanks to Dr Umesh Chandra Sharma for his kind endeavour for arrangement of EC meeting and trust that 29th IVA conference will be a grand success at Heart of India,i.e.at Bhopal, MP.
5. EC has extended thanks to reverend Sri Narendra Modi Jee,Hon’ble Prime Minister of India ,for his Grand victory and creation of independent ministry of Animal Husbandry, Dairy & fisheries at GOI, it creates a new era of development EC trust so. By extending thanks to the EC participants , meeting was ended .

We have voted for strong ,stable and sensitive Govt to come at centre, for the wellness of Indianness. Let us trust for the best and be ready for the consequences . After visualizing the political scenario ,wide spread controversies on EVM and functioning of the election service providers credentials by those either they ruled the state or the part of governance have certainly misused the power when they are in the fray,by this spectacle something they are crying but one pertinent question they are putting forward for the bureaucrats who are service providers in election procedure,the honesty of the IAS and IPS is at stake for their own reasons. By and large it is disturbing . Loss of trust ! Indeed it is painful .

Congratulation vets on Eve of WVDay 27th ,April ,2019 dedicated on vaccines uses ,prevention is better than cure philosophy but the back drop of this technology is in deserted look in the state of Bihar. Purchasing of vaccines is useful program for non technical administration,because they get handsome financial help through the companies for personal use but skill for vaccine technology and quality up-gradation through research & development is vanishing from government sector at least in Bihar. Let us conclude WVDay ,a day to be looked into for professional ethos ,celebrate with care.
Uses of vaccines is the thematic topic,world wide to be discussed on this auspicious occasion why ? Negativity can only be overshadowed by positivism. Time has come to change the face of negative propaganda and show them the real face. It is time to take the bull by it's horns. After 35 years of dedication and efforts feeling fresh to launch a new phase of my life- Rejuvenated and ready to mask the dull and lull surrounding all of us. It's time to be young again and stem out the roots of false proclamation. Again Today's Bihar reminds me of emergency days when we stood against the mighty and got vindicated. The saddening part is people who are the face of politics in Bihar are by products of same emergency and they are again getting into the same zone which once they disapproved.

अविश्वास !यही तो मूल है आज की राजनीतिक ,सामाजिक एवं बौद्धिक उहा - पोह की !परिवार से हम त्याग ,तपस्या ,संवेदनशीलता ,नैतिकता एवं विश्वास का पाठ मिलता था परंतु वही पाठशाला अपनी प्रासंगिकता खोता जा रहा है ! नियत और नीति व्यक्तिनिष्ठ होते जा रहें है !करनी और कथन विरोधावासी हो रहा है ! फोटो आधारित हमारी प्रकृति बनती जा रही है!तात्कालिक लाभ हमारी प्राथमिकता ! कभी हम ,पृथ्वी ,नदी ,पवन ,अग्नि एवं नभ को अवलोकित क्यों नहीं कर पाते हैं ?कभी यह तत्त्व अविश्वासी हो जाते हैं तो हमारी स्थिति क्या होती है ? जनतंत्र जनता की प्रेरणा और आशीर्वाद से संपोषित होती है और हमारी चेतना ही राष्ट्र आधारित न होकर पार्टी या व्यक्तिनिष्ठ होगा तो निर्णय सही नहीं होंगे ! आज भारत माता की मुद्रा कठघरे में है जो प्रति क्षण अविश्वनीय हो गया था उसकी चिंता में हम व्यथित हैं क्यों? सभी लोग समझ रहें हैं कि यह निर्णय सही है तो राजनीतिक विवशता क्या राष्ट्रीय स्वाभिमान से अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है? विश्वास, जनता के फैसले पर जिसने मत का उपयोग कर निर्णय लेने का अधिकार वर्तमान तंत्र को दिया और हमें जिंदगी विश्वास पर ही जीना है और इस हसीन पल को पुरे मनोयोग से जियें ! सुबह विश्वासी हो !

महात्मा और लाल का जन्म दिन है ! कल !इसे पुरे जोश और जूनून से मनायेगें जनता जो राजा है उसे ठगने के लिए |अहिंसा और सादगी पुनः दम तोड़ेगी और राष्ट्र के इन दोनों विभूतियों का कुछ योजनाओं और कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से marketing होगा और होगा धन का अपव्यय !हे ! राष्ट्र के पुरोधा! अपने आचरण से हमें विश्वास तो दो की इनके जन्म दिन मानाने योग्य आप है,कुछ ग्राम सजाय तो सही,सत्य बोलिये तो सही, राजनीति राष्ट्र सेवा लगे तो सही, प्रतिभा कुंठित न हो तो सही और न हो सादगी की हत्या ! कुटिया में राजा और सेवक महल में ,प्रजातंत्र आहुति की इच्छा रखती है और राम राज्य का भी ! हे चाटुकार ,नौकरशाह ,राजनेता,सरस्वती पुत्र ,न्यायाधीश और media के धनी वाचक,अपनी प्रकृति और पद्धति बदलें ,चाहे सत्ता हो या विपक्ष ,जनता याचक नहीं है उसके swabhiman पर कुठाराघात ,pariwartan की दिशा है! वापू और शास्त्री जी को अब तो बकस दें ! भारत माता जय हो तेरा !
