Somehow, we never notice them growing old. ๐พโค๏ธ
One day, they are these tiny little puppies with clumsy paws, curious eyes, and endless energy. We watch them grow, learn their little habits, celebrate their birthdays, and make countless memories together. And then, almost without us realising it, those tiny paws become slower, their faces turn a little greyer, and their playful days become quieter.
But in our eyes, they never really grow up.
We still see the little puppy who followed us around the house, waited by the door for us, got excited over the smallest things, and made an ordinary day feel special. They may grow older beside us, but the version of them we first fell in love with will always live in our hearts. ๐ค
So hold them a little longer. Take that extra walk. Give them that extra treat. Take the silly pictures. Make the memories.
Because for us, they may be a part of our life, but to them, we are their whole life. ๐ถโค๏ธ
