Uniting Paws is an Animal Welfare initiative taken by a group of youngsters who have chosen to combine their work as Animal Rescuers, Adoption Coordinators, and Campaign Organizers under a common platform. - Uniting Paws

Animals are loyal with zero expectation and we humans have the power to help them during the down fall and from all the ruthless people out there. Its time to stand up agains

t violence for the ones that care the most about us. Over the past years we have heard of many crimes against animals such as rapes , killing puppies , scaring them with fire crackers and the list goes on. The laws of our country can not do anything to protect these voiceless creatures and therefore we have to form a safe environment for them. Do you want to do something when you feel helpless? Then this is the perfect place to join hands and show how much you care. 'Uniting Paws' is an animal friendly page that provides posts from all over the country about finding forever loving homes to fosters/ virtual parents. Even if you just want to come to public and private shelter and help, this page will provide you all the details. This organisation needs volunteers and is a platform for all those people out there who want to be a reason for the happiness of an animal. We need a strong team of people who are willing to go to any extent to help these voiceless creatures and also provide a base so that (in the near future) no animal is homeless :-)

Welcome to the Puppy Lot!

Welcoming Loki (boy), JuneBug (girl), Elsa (girl) and Buffy (girl); they are 50-day old indie pups. They are healthy, dewormed and vaccinated. The first round of vaccinations is complete.

Well, every life brings happiness, and spreads it around and that’s what happiness is meant for.. to be felt, to be brought and to be spread! And here’s our lot of some cute puppies wanting to bring happiness in your lives while offering to adopt you!

They are a total bundle of joy, and bring a lot of positive energy around them.. they are looking for their forever homes where they can spend a happy hearty life.

Almighty is that they are born on a busy road where there is always a fear of running over. The care taker of these puppies is always worried about their well being and that’s the main reason of putting them up for adoption. Some pups have already died horrible deaths.

A Courteous Plea from our 04-Legged Love Souls at “Umeed for Animals Foundation”!

Most of all must be aware of Umeed for Animals Foundation, still to take you thru a background – Umeed is an Animal Rehab Center which operates to help & protect our mother nature (basically takes care of all animals in distress – whichever best way they can).

In the last few months, Umeed has been weighted with a lot of rescue cases with serious ailments & injuries (from surgeries to fractures to organ malfunctions). With the help of wonderful & cooperative medical help & support, Umeed has managed to get our beautiful kids back to life. (the images to it are enclosed herewith the post).

Umeed has a total debt of Rs.75000/- which they have incurred in last few months to get the cases treated & the same needs to be paid off at the earliest. They are in no position to take in any more rescue cases till they clear the pending bills at vet. The Break-up of same is given below & bills for reference are enclosed herewith.

And as we all know, nothing is possible till we become One & be there for each-other support. And that’s what Humanity is all about – it is to serve others.

With this we have to understand, that shelters/ Rehab centers are always the ones in need & there is never a day when they don’t need us and vice-versa.

Oreo the cutest flurry and healthy baby was found lost on the busy street trying to find a warm place to spend a night, when her rescuers found her. But sadly she has not yet found her forever home and is in urgent need of foster. She is 2 months old and very obident in nature. Her vaccinations are due.
Foster if not adoption! Please come forward and help her.

Greetings from our Handsome Skyie!

Skyie is a 10-month old healthy indie boy. He is our wonderful little bag full of love and casts a spell on everyone he meets. And that’s just not all; he is also an obedient kid, sweet, and docile with a calm temperament.

Skyie was barely 20 days old when his mother was poisoned & the rescuer was left with no other choice than of bringing him home. He has been staying with his rescuer since then. He is all healthy, dewormed & vaccinated up to date. He is friendly with humans, children and other canine friends & is a perfect addition to any family.

Skyie has been looking for a home since long now and we still cannot find a reason of him not been able to attract one good family. Just because he is an indie, doesn’t make him look less than any pure breed. He is equally handsome, equally loving & affectionate, equally faithful as any other pure breed.

Our Skyie doesn’t even know that his chances of getting adopted are less because he is an indie. We wonder if people choosing out for Pure Breeds here are not Indians.

Will you please help our Skyie in reaching to his forever home? Will you help us bringing the difference in the life of an indie dog by just being different & choosing different?

A Warm Welcome from the pack of GOT…

Yes, you got it right, welcoming Khaleesi, Melsandre & Bodhi – the pack from Game of Thrones, the Indian pariah dogs also known as Gaddi, are 48 days old & looking out for their forever homes.

The pack of these little fairies are all set to rule your world & make a way straight to your heart.

They belong to a litter of 07 when someone dropped them off in a plastic bag. After searching around for hours, the rescuer could not find their mother & gave them a place in his house. Out of these 07, 04 are already adopted & these 03 bundle of joy are yet awaiting their forever home.

We do not really understand the mind set of People as what really hit them? Leaving them away from their mother in a plastic bag, we mean what? What if the rescuer had not seen them? What if they had died of hunger? They were lucky to be rescued but all aren’t as lucky as they were. People really have to sit & think on which path are they leading to, that they are destroying the mother nature, that they are no more “Humans” but only People/ Crowd.

Our pack of Gorgeous – Khaleesi, Melsandre & Bodhi are extremely playful & a bundle of fun to be around. They are all healthy & fit. All of them are dewormed & have got their first round of vaccination on Dec. 01, 2017.

They’re looking out for a forever loving family who they can adopt & make their journey worth it.

All are cordially invited for awreness campaign organised by Animal Lovers Group of South Extension 2 With support of our RWA. Aimed at decreasing the barriers of homeless dogs adoptions and bringing positive change towards negative attitudes towards stray dogs in our community. By providing the most important vaccinations for dogs, Free Anti rabies we want to safeguard both humans and dogs.

This event will be independently managed, by the The Animal Lovers Group and The Adoptable Campaign. We have organised Vet, adoption corner with Uniting Paws,fun activities for kids,interaction session with short presentation including refreshments for community members who attend the event. We will be tagging the dogs with a 'reflective collars' to avoid accidents in dark at night.
You are most welcome to clear any or all doubts regarding the stray dogs.
Lets put our best paw forward n enjoy the event.

Venue: South Extension Community Hall on 19th November 2017, Sunday, from 11:30am to 2:30pm.

We wish we could take reviews directly from our Furry friends and surprise you with the words they would put together to tell everyone how they felt at BARK - IN THE - PARK.

The much needed break for all the pets and their Human friends
came to a surprise this Sunday morning at Sanjay Van with Uniting Paws.
The joy and pleasure they felt in the open nature and with the new set of friends can be easily seen in the pictures.

We would like to thank Mr Suresh Sherawat from Canine Village dog training & research centre for sharing his knowledge and love for our four legged friends. You are a true Hero sir.

It gives us an immense pleasure when we see both dogs and humans taking part in such outdoor activities and taking Smiles back home.
And team Tafri you better come up new such beautiful places in future. We promise to be on board for making again soon.

Hello from our Gorgeous Coco!

Coco is a year old gorgeous Lab-mix girl. She is extremely friendly with everyone around, be it a human, children or any other canine friend.

Coco having no different fate had a very cruel past. As told by the rescuer, Coco was bought a year ago when she was a puppy. The owner who brought her home was a drunkard & used to beat her up every day. The rescuer who have recently shifted to the colony when saw Coco’s condition, with no time he rescued her.

Coco is safe with the rescuer for now & up for adoption. The rescuer wants her to find a place as quickly as possible as the drunkard man stays close to his house & threatens him every time.

Our gorgeous girl is all set to take away the hearts & load your life with lots of love. She is an ideal life companion & a perfect addition to any family.

Meet our Dark & handsome Boy – Bruno!

Bruno is an 11-month old Labrador who was welcomed in family with loads of love. Bruno is very friendly with humans, children around & other canines & is a best fit to any loving home.

While, bringing him home, the family did not know the responsibilities a pet gets & considering their travel plans, they cannot really cop-up with him anymore. Family lacks their time for Bruno & now Bruno has kind of become a hindrance in their trips & they have decided to give Bruno up for adoption.

Unfortunate it is that people don’t invest their time to even know about these innocent souls & buy them as an accessory and lately give them away.

Our little handsome boy is loaded with happiness and keeps spreading the way he follows. Bruno is extremely friendly, active & playful considering his young age and always up for cuddles & kisses. His vaccinations are up to date & he is medically fit.
