CASTLEABBEY GUNDOGS is now offering training consultations.

I get a lot of enquiries through this page about training, handling, coaching and taking dogs in for training. Because of the amount of messages coming in, I’ve put a consultation in place for people who are serious about getting proper help with their dog.

The consultation gives us a chance to go through the dog, where you’re at with training, what you’re having trouble with and what you want to achieve. From there, I can recommend the right training plan or next step.

30-minute consultation — €60.

If you’re serious about moving forward with your dog, use the booking link below.

Fully trained 9-Year-Old Working Dog

Looking for a good home for my 9-year-old bitch. She’s in great shape for her age – still very fresh and full of drive. Fully trained on the whistle and suitable for picking up, beating, or as a steady companion for a shooting home.

The only reason I’m rehoming her is that I’ve stepped away from competing and no longer shoot over dogs. She still has plenty to give, and I’d love to see her go to someone who can enjoy working with her and give her the active home she deserves.

Serious enquiries only – she’s a special dog and will only go to the right home
