Hi all,
The studio will be closed for a few days while Heather is on annual leave.

Our next available appointment is end of September/ early October. Please book in advance.

Also a few bookings are coming in for December. If you have a date in mind for Christmas grooming please message me asap. Appointments fill up fast in December!

‼️Late Cancellation & No Show Policy ‼️

Due to a high number of late cancellations and no-shows in recent months, our policy is now in effect.

We completely understand that traffic can be unpredictable. If you are running late, please call or text us to give us a heads-up. We offer a 15-minute grace period.

Once it goes past 15 minutes, we will need to cancel and reschedule. This ensures your dog is given the dedicated groom time they require and prevents disruptions for the dogs booked right after you.
