‼️ KEEP YOUR PETS SAFE IN HOT WEATHER ☀️

Heatstroke is a life-threatening emergency that can cause seizures, organ failure, internal bleeding, coma, and even death.

Dogs are especially at risk during warm weather, particularly:
• Flat-faced breeds
• Overweight dogs
• Giant breeds
• Thick-coated dogs
• Very young and senior dogs

✅ Walk early morning or late evening only
❌ Avoid walks between 12pm–4pm
✅ Provide plenty of fresh water and shade
✅ Offer cooling treats such as ice pops
❌ Never leave a dog in a car, even for a few minutes

🐱 Cats already know exactly what to do, find the coolest spot in the house and sleep through the heat 😊

If in doubt, skip the walk. Your pet's safety comes first 🐾

Pickles is a great little chap, he loves other dogs and with the correct introduction could probably live with a cat! ( He is smaller than an average size adult cat)
Pickles loves his cuddles, he is crate trained and does walk on a harness.
