I keep getting clients say oh the flight is late back I can’t collect until after 5pm or can you keep them until the next morning - the answer is simple - it depends on space so to be sure book your dog in and pay the extra day. Not making adequate arrangements is not acceptable if that is the case when you book your dog into the kennels you book in for the day as well. You know what time you fly back so you make adequate arrangements for your pet!

Collection is by 5pm latest
