🐾 Happy International Dog Day! 🐾

I've been thinking about something that could really benefit our local dog community.

Would there be any interest in a Canine Club that meets once a month or twice a month?

The idea would be to bring dog lovers together to learn, practise and enjoy spending time with their dogs. It wouldn't just be for show people—everyone would be welcome, whether you're new to dogs or have years of experience.

I'd love to organise ring craft sessions, handling practice, and invite Irish Kennel Club judges and experienced exhibitors along from time to time to share their knowledge and help people improve.

It could also be a great way to meet like-minded people, build confidence with your dog, and encourage responsible dog ownership in a friendly, supportive setting.

Would this be something you'd be interested in? I'd love to hear your thoughts and any ideas you might have.

Happy International Dog Day to all the dogs who make our lives that little bit better. ❤️🐾

Buster my 2 year old Kerry blue terrier being handled by Kaitlyn Hannon at the Longford ploughing yesterday.

Up bright and early to style this man and he looks superb. Going on to win reserve champion of shows.

Beautiful buster. After he's first trim since December. He was so patient, he's coat was washed, dried , and cut over three days. Alot of attention went to every part of the groom and it spoke for itself. He's coat is beautiful and he's cut is precise.

If there is any groomers that read this, have you any suggestions for a straight edged scissors preferably 8.5 in length...TIA
