⭐️⭐️⭐️Updated Booking Policy⭐️⭐️⭐️

To regular and new clients please see Woof Cutz updated Booking Policy.

As 1:1 groomer it is important that these guidelines are followed, in particularly for drop off and collections.

Please wait patiently in your car during drop off and collections, unless you have recieved a text prior to arrival to say your dog is ready or the previous dog has left the salon. Coming into the salon can distract the dog on the table.

As a 1:1 groomer I cannot accommodate holding dogs longer than scheduled, as I operate a strict 1:1 grooming schedule. Late collection disrupt the salon schedule, and impact the next appointment.

Please familiarise yourself with cancellation, no shows, matting, flea, and animal welfare guidelines also outlined in the updated policy.

He came 2nd place in "Best Groomed" at the Bunniconlon show on Monday 🏆

Woof Cutz will be closed from Saturday 15th - Sunday 23rd of August for some much needed annual leave. The salon will re-open on Monday 24th.

Any queries sent during this time will be responded to on Sunday 23rd.

So so proud of this boy Oscar who was definitely the bravest boy in the salon this week 💜

Oscar is not a fan of certain parts of being groomed and also had some health issues that were adding to his stress when getting groomed. He now has a clear bill of health and this week Oscar was able to get FULLY groomed
It was such a milestone moment. I dont know who was more happy for Oscar me or his Dad 😅

Its moments like these that just makes your job feel so worthwhile. I couldn't be been anymore proud of this boy 💙

Also a special Welcome to Pepper (Lakeland Terrier Mix) who had his 1st visit to Woof Cutz last week 🥰

Beautiful Boy Boo 😍
Boo is all set for the current heat wave we are experience and was definitely feeling much cooler heading home 🌞

Currently I have no availability for grooms until the week of the 27th of July.
I will also be taking sometime off mid August so if your dog is due a groom, please get in touch as soon as possible 😊

Some of my Regular clients in recently Benny (St Bernard), Gizmo (Shih tzu mix), Archie (B Collie), Hudson (Husky), Riley (aus Shepherd), Mikie (Terrier) & Rolo (Labrador).

Special shout out to Mr Hudson who has been doing AMAZING on his grooming journey!!! At his last visit he hoped straight into the bath, stood perfectly for his wash, hoped up onto the grooming table and just chilled out for drying. The difference from his 1st ever visit to his last visit to the salon is unbelievable.

Time, patience and commitment from his Mom has played a vital role in this transformation.

Well done Hudson and Mom 💖

Special shout out to baby Millie who had her 1st ever groom and did amazing 🤩 and Kobe the most Handsome boy who has landed on all 4 paws in his new home and did unbelievable for what we believe was his 1st ever groom 💜💜
