Unfortunately I have no choice but to introduce a cancellation fee and also a no show fee. Any cancellations within 24hrs will incur €30 fee on top of your dogs next appointment. Complete no shows will be charged the full grooming on top of your next appointment.

I understand life happens 100% but I am not your minder, you are responsible for showing up and or communicating with me if you can’t make it within reasonable time so that someone else can avail of that appointment and I am not at a loss.

I have always been accommodating where needs be and it’s only fair that people respect my time.

Thanks,
Sinéad
