Hi folks,
Just in relation to no shows!!!

This is just not acceptable. It’s a lousy thing to do to any business big or small. I have decided to take on new clients which has gone great for the best part.
However, there is an odd few people who booked and confirmed their appointment, they receive a remember text from myself and still don’t bother to show. This is only coming from new clients!
I am extremely busy at the moment and have regular customers pushed out a few weeks, where they could have gotten an appointment sooner rather than people wasting both my existing customers time and my time by booking an appointment they have no intentions of going to.
From now, all new clients will be asked to pay half of their dogs groom before their appointment is confirmed.

(If an emergency comes up within that 48hrs that’s no problem as things happen)
