KILLED ! 😢😭💔

Euth command given for 18 month old puppy social Lola !

Sweet, affectionate, well socialized with people, young and oh so pretty Lola was returned like damaged goods to the ACC. She was in a home with 2 young kids and 1 small dog, and she was good with them! She has no issues with people, but Lola is a young inquisitive puppy that loves to hunt. This is how some dogs are. She is good with the small dog at home, but she isn’t good with small animals. For being a dog with good hunting instincts and skill, Lola will be killed today.

Lola came to the ACC in August 2023, was adopted out some time later and was returned in February 2024. Lola is a loving, smart young pup who needs stability and an experienced person to guide her into becoming the best version of herself, everyone needs that, no one is perfect ! She has gone through a lot in her short life, rejected and thrown out by the very people who should be keeping her safe.

Returned to the ACC, Lola has remained her social self, good with the handlers, and allows all handling. She did great in her behavior evaluation but due to her being returned, for mistaking her owner’s wig for a small animal, she is rescue only. This is a young pup who has never shown any aggression towards people. The ACC a will not given her another chance as they hate returns. 😔💔 please get Lola seen, her eyes show her understanding of her situation, the sadness at being rejected and thrown out. She needs us to be her voice, please advocate for Lola. Her life is just starting out !
