Gemma saw the gorgeous sisters, Sandra & Sabrina 🐾 🧡

They were rescued by their hooman mumma so having grooms by Gemma is a very stressful situation for them. With lots of reassurance, their mums presence in the room, they were able to get through it, and they were absolutely amazing for the entire groom 🐾 👏

If you would like to book an appointment here with us at Gwaltz Grooms, please don't hesitate to get in contact 😊

As a dog groomer who sees this breed suffer almost daily from BOAS (Brachycephalic Ostructive Airway Syndrome), overheating, eye and dental issues I am absolutely THRILLED to see this post circling the Internet.

Finally somebody has taken this breed seriously and actually breeding this beautiful dog back to a much healthier state!

Its not cute, its cruelty and the suffering most Frenchies go through is shocking and its sad so many owners are unaware of just how much they suffer! 🐾 🧡

Gemma groomed the gorgeous Lady this morning 🐾 🥰

She is always such a chilled sweetheart that gives all the love and kisses! We added an extra special bow 🎀 in Ladys top knot and her mumma absolutely loved it!

Your groomer sees your dog more than your vet does. Act accordingly.

Think about it. Your vet sees your dog once a year for fifteen minutes. Your groomer sees him every six weeks… hands on every inch of him.

We find the lumps first. We notice the weight change, the skin irritation, the ear infection starting. We've told more owners "you should get that checked" than we can count.

And yet the vet gets the respect, the on-time arrival, and the payment without argument. The groomer gets the haggling, the no-shows, and the "can you squeeze me in."

I'm not saying we're vets. I'm saying the person who handles your dog most deserves the same respect you give the one who handles him least.

Groomers, what's something you caught before the vet did? 👇

Clients, if your groomer tells you to get something checked, listen. Share this.
