Four German Shepherd puppies, one brilliant class! 🐾 Rico - Cleo - Rudy - Blondie 🐺

Today’s pups ranged from 13 weeks to 7 months old, and every one of them worked hard on the foundations that will help them grow into confident, well mannered dogs.

A big thank you to Biscuit the Cocker x and Kiara for helping the puppies gain valuable exposure to older, neutral dogs. Different ages, different stages, all learning together! 💙

The people I love, the dogs beside me, the lessons I’ve learned, the challenges I’ve overcome, the memories I’ve created and the opportunities I have to keep growing.

I’ve learned that you can have everything money can buy and still be poor in the things that truly matter.

Sunday morning group class 🐾❤️

I don’t spend my time hating on other dog trainers, their methods, or the way they choose to communicate to dogs.

Honestly, I don’t have the time 😂

Between running a business, looking after 4 of my own dogs, being a dad to my 4 year old son and being with my family, whatever free time I have is spent with the people and animals that actually matter to me.

Negative comments and opinions used to get to me. But as I’ve grown, I’ve realised something…

When you know you’re doing God’s work, helping dogs and their owners change their lives for the better, all the negativity in the world can’t bring you down.

There will always be people who disagree with you. That’s life. You don’t have to hate on someone just because they do things differently.

I’ll keep doing what I do, helping the dogs in front of me and enjoying the journey.

From reacting to EVERY dog she saw… to absolutely smashing life in the busiest park in Wolverhampton. 🖤🔥

This beautiful Cane Corso couldn’t be trusted off lead. Every dog was a trigger, and walks were all about managing reactions.

Fast forward to now… she’s staying close to her owner, listening, checking in and calmly ignoring everything around her… dogs, people, all sorts of distractions and everything else in her path.

This is what happens when you stop simply managing the behaviour and start building the relationship, communication and control needed to give a dog freedom. 💪🏼🐕

From reactive to reliable. From restricted to enjoying life.

PACK ADVENTURE – CARDING MILL VALLEY 🏔️
Saturday 8th we took some of the pack members up to Carding Mill Valley for a proper adventure… and what a day it turned out to be! 😂

A couple of hours later, we’re still walking, questioning every single turning we’ve taken. 🤦‍♂️🥾

At this point the dogs probably knew where they were going better than we did! 😂

But honestly… what a day.

The pack were absolutely brilliant.
Carding Mill Valley was absolutely rammed! People everywhere, dogs everywhere, and then you throw wild horses and sheep into the mix… basically every distraction you could possibly ask for.

And they handled it all amazingly. 👏🏽🐕

🐴 Wild horses? No problem.
🐑 Sheep everywhere? No problem.
🐕 Dogs passing left, right and centre? No problem.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Crowds of people? No problem.

That’s the stuff that makes me proud. ❤️

It’s easy for a dog to look well behaved in an empty field with nothing going on. The real test is taking them somewhere busy, unpredictable and full of distractions and seeing whether they can switch off and just enjoy the day.

And today, every single one of them absolutely smashed it. 💪🏽

We started with a walk…

Ended up on what felt like a full blown expedition… 😆

Probably walked about 47 miles…

Got lost…

Questioned our life choices…

And eventually found our way back to the reservoir 😂😂

Would I do it again?

Absolutely.

Would I take a map next time?

Probably. 🤦‍♂️😂
