๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ cancellation policy ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

My week takes so much planning. I work full-time running my own business and also a full-time Mum of a three-year-old. I plan weeks and weeks in advance and then every weekend I sit down and plan my whole week. This means planning childcare ( I donโ€™t have any family here so itโ€™s full on).
I have a cancellation policy of 24 hours, but as we all know Iโ€™m very rarely charge that if at all. Iโ€™m very lucky to have the most amazing customers who when they cancel, most of the time for genuine reasons and I will always try and swap around and they are also very flexible with me when needed so it works both ways ๏ฟผ.

Things are tough for everybody at the moment and every single penny counts and I do understand that things happen sometimes that are unavoidable. I try and keep my prices as low as I can and it is certainly not for the money that Dog walkers do this job. We do it for our love of outdoors and our furry friends.
When I say yes to a booking, it probably means that somebody else has been turned down. Iโ€™m very very very busy so when you cancel, I couldโ€™ve filled that space.

I will always try to work around bookings and cancellations and of course things happen and everybody wants to save the money by cancelling me, I totally understand that but please if you cancel me last minute as in on that ๏ฟผday, please do the right thing and pay. Itโ€™s very rare I will ask for the money because as Dog walkers we do feel bad but one week recently I had ยฃ100 worth of work cancelled by different people and today I had a last-minute cancellation because of the weather, the weather really wasnโ€™t that bad. I would never cancel because of the rain today and Iโ€™m sure somebody else wouldโ€™ve had that space.

๏ฟผ๏ฟผsending lots of love โค๏ธ thank you for your continued support

Iโ€™m still happy to walk in the rain but please have coats and drying coats ready ๐Ÿ’™ we may just change a route and stay lower than planned maybe a bit shorter but Iโ€™ll decide in the morning. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™
