It was a pleasure to attend such a great evening and to hear the excellent CPD talk delivered by Dave Hughes. Thank you, Dave, for sharing your knowledge and insights with everyone.

We’re also very grateful to Elite Kennel Fertility for giving Gemini Genetics the opportunity to present about who we are and what we do. It was a great opportunity to introduce Gemini and share more about how we support client vets on sample processing.

For anyone interested in conservation science and biodiversity presentation: Nature's SAFE is hosting the second annual 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 Conference next year, on the 24th February 2027.

We will be hosting the second annual Biobanking for Biodiversity conference on the 24th February 2027 at our site in Whitchurch, Shropshire.

This conference aims to bring together technical staff working in, supporting, or planning biobanks across the UK. Through talks, workshops, panel sessions and networking opportunities, it will encourage the sharing of practical insights, techniques, and challenges – helping to foster knowledge exchange and strengthen collaboration across the sector.

🐶Help your Senior Pets- Support during their old age 🐶

As our pets get older, their needs can change — but a little extra care can make a big difference. 🐾💛

From creating a cosy place to rest to keeping them gently active and staying on top of their health checks, there are lots of simple ways we can help our senior companions feel comfortable, happy and loved.

And remember, every pet ages differently. If you notice changes in their mobility, appetite, behaviour or general wellbeing, speak to your vet — they can help you find the best ways to support them.

Because getting older should mean more comfort, more cuddles and plenty of happy moments together. ❤️

We assist charity, Nature's SAFE🦜, in its mission to Save Animals From Extinction, as well as currently working to establish the UK National Livestock Biobank 🐄 to support the future of livestock resilience and food security.

Did you know your dog has something as unique as your fingerprint?

It’s not hidden in their fur or tucked away on their paws — it’s right there on the end of their nose!

Every dog has a one-of-a-kind nose print, made up of its own unique pattern of ridges, grooves and bumps. Just like our fingerprints, no two dogs have exactly the same pattern.

We often think of our dogs as being unique because of their personalities, quirks and behaviour. But their individuality goes even further — right down to the very tip of their nose!

So next time your dog gives you a little nose boop, take a closer look. You might just be looking at a pattern that belongs to them, and them alone. 🐾
