Message to all customers- my December diary is open please get your Christmas cuts booked in as soon as possible as there will be limited space 🙈 I’ll be working later some days in December and will have odd appointments available for last minute booking but can’t guarantee so please please book in advance. As always thankyou appreciate you all and can’t wait to see your pooches again 🐾♥️

I do not cancel grooms lightly, however if the temperature in my grooming room exceeds 25 degrees I am no long able to complete grooms safely.

If at any point I cancel your appointment this is for your dogs health and safety. At the end of the day this is my income I’m not going to be randomly cancelling and costing my wage.

Anyone who gets confrontational about this will not be rebooked I can’t have people messaging me back saying I’m ’messing them around’ or saying ‘it’s not that hot in my house’ yes these actual quotes from replies I have had 🫠

Please message me if this is the case I will bring my grooming dryer to your house and hold it on you for half an hour see how ‘cool’ you are then 🤣 oops passive aggressive.
