Hi, I’m Kirsty, the face behind Kirsty’s Tails & Scales 🐾🦎

I started this company because I have always worked with animals. I worked in vets for many years and have also always had lots of animals of my own. I wanted to start a business doing something I actually love, while giving people the peace of mind that their pets are being cared for by someone who genuinely cares about them. ❤️

My home life consists of looking after my 2 children, as well as my menagerie of many pets! These include Biscuit, my Pomchi 🐶, 2 chinchillas called Ghost and Blink, my bearded dragon Zero 🦎, 2 crested geckos called Mocha and Kaida, 2 Pac-Man frogs called Rocky and Tofu, a leachianus gecko called Miso and 3 red eye tree frogs! 🐸

I also foster dogs, and at the moment I have two puppies called Hazel & Herbie. 🐶❤️

I’ve included some photos of my own pets so you can get to know a little more about me and the animals who are such a huge part of my life. 🥰

I am fully insured, DBS checked and pet first aid & CPR trained, so your pets are in safe and caring hands.

This job is not just a job to me. I absolutely adore every single animal I care for and will always treat them with the same love, patience and affection that I give my own. ❤️🐾
