PINGGGG! What a funnn, educational round at Larkhill yesterday. The course went from a tiny log at 1, a kind house at 2 and then 3 to this massive flower box with the spooky wood chip🤣 Bon really said SIT UP and pinged over it (I will say the photo makes it look a lot nicer than how it felt haha!). The full vlog is out now and you get the full behind the scenes, debrief and my full round😎 Spoiler: a lot less napping!!

Swalcliffe was a mixed bag of positive and negatives (horses for you!) we had some napping, but also some great moments.

Bon got sticky leaving the show jumping warm-up, but thankfully it was a training event so it was the perfect chance to work through it. What we did jump felt brilliant! Cross country he came out flying! Just a quick swerve at fence two, then we found our rhythm.

Time to get some more show jumping outings under our belt to tackle the “don’t want to leave the warm-up” phase. What a silly but brilliant little yellow horse🫶🏻

Huge thank you to Devizes Trailer Centre who got us there and back safely! X

Well that was…positively interesting! I had no idea what horse I was going to be riding out cross country, I knew he’d been to Downlands for a camp before so this isn’t his first time round but it’s been a long time fr us both!

I’m happy to have ticked off the water, steps, and ditches (some of them💀) ahead of Saturday. I’ve actually come away feeling totally okay because he felt 10x better linking fences together than challenging them on their own.

So let’s see how Saturday goes…🤞🏻

Group walks, solo walks, pop ins & adventure days! If you become a regular client, I also offer a in-house dog sitting service so that your dog is kept in their same routine and familiar surroundings whilst you’re away.

I also offer cat visits if you ever need some pop ins for your smaller 4 legged friends.

Thrilled to announce that I am now a sponsored rider for Emma Bishop Veterinary Physiotherapy🩵

Emma has been treating my horses for the past 3 years and she truly is a gem. This year she’ll be supporting Bon and I on our journey, making sure he’s feeling his best physically and helping with any little niggles along the way.

Today was our first session of the year. Emma found a little tightness through his right side but overall was super pleased with how he’s feeling. She’s back in four weeks to work a bit more on his right side and until then it’s flatwork, hacking, and poles poles poles🤣

So happy to be in a mini team together! If you’re in the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire area, please give Emma a message. Such a lovely person with the most professional, horse-first approach 👑
