Did you know that sleep is just as important for dogs as it is for humans? 🐾💤

Dogs need plenty of quality sleep to support their physical health, brain function, and emotional wellbeing. While they may seem lazy when they're snoozing through the day, rest is essential for growth, learning, memory, and recovery. Puppies, senior dogs, and active working dogs often need even more sleep than the average adult dog.

Getting enough sleep can also have a huge impact on your dog's training. During sleep, dogs process and retain what they've learned, helping them build new skills and improve their ability to focus. Well-rested dogs are often more attentive, responsive, and better able to cope with training sessions, making learning a much more positive experience for both dog and owner. ❤️🐶

Recall training is one of the most important things we can teach our dogs! Whilst not every dog may go off-lead you never know what may happen so it's important they have a good understanding of what recall is!

We make sure to cover recall during our puppy classes as well as some recall tricks to help ensure we build good foundations for our puppies!

2 years ago today we brought baby June home 😍
Stevie was such a good girl and knew how to be so gentle around her! June was a very fearless little girl and was besotted with Stevie from the get go.
