🎃Nala Nala needed some TLC this groom bless her as she missed a groom due to my health & not being available however as much as her floof scared me and the hair has now become Halloween Decor I. The salon she walked out looking fresh with her little swagger back , Nala is a unicorn chow as she’s very well behaved and loves grooming day 🐾🎃 👻 with only her coat condition that scares me 😂😬😱

PROUD TO BE ONE-TO-ONE 🐾

When I created my branding 5years ago, being One-to-One was always my dream after many years in different salons and mobile across the country,

To me, One-to-One means so much more than just a phrase used for advertising. It means I’m there for your dog from start to finish — bathing, drying, styling and caring for them every step of the way.

It means your dog gets to know me, and I get to know them — every little quirk, every whisker, every paw pad, every bump and every little detail that makes them who they are.
Being One-to-One means I can build a genuine relationship with every dog that comes through my door. Over time, they learn to trust me, feel comfortable with me and understand that they are safe and cared for.

And that little phrase was never something I took lightly.

It’s a promise. ❤️

A promise that your dog will never just be “another dog on the table”. They become special to me.

A business built on passion, professionalism, kindness and trust. 🐾

And now, after 5 years, I look back and realise that this dream has become so much more than I ever imagined.

For 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching puppies grow into adults, getting to know nervous dogs and helping them become more confident, seeing familiar faces walk through my door time and time again, and building bonds with dogs that truly mean the world to me. ❤️

Five years of wet noses, wagging tails, muddy paws, cuddles, characters, challenges and countless beautiful memories.

Five years of learning every little personality, every “I don’t like my feet touched” and every “I’m going to pretend I don’t know you today!” 😂🐾

But most importantly…

Five years of building relationships, earning trust and caring for your dogs as individuals — not just grooming them with 14 years of experience!

That is what One-to-One means to me.

And after 5 years, I’m still incredibly proud to say:

Sometimes dogs arrive a little tangled and in need of some extra time, care and attention. ❤️🐶

When a dog comes for grooming regularly, the experience is usually much less stressful for them because their coat is kept well maintained and they become familiar with the grooming process, the environment and their groomer. Regular grooming also helps dogs build trust and confidence, making each visit more comfortable and positive. 🐾

For longer or more difficult coat types, leaving more than 6 weeks between grooms can mean significantly more time, work and stress for both the dog and the groomer. Extra charges do apply when a dog requires additional work or a longer grooming appointment.

If a coat is pulling, tugging or causing discomfort, I will always put the dog’s welfare first. In some cases, this may mean clipping or shaving areas that are too matted to safely brush out.

Luckily, with this little guy, I was able to carefully remove the tangles without causing him any discomfort. ❤️

I absolutely love creating beautiful haircuts, but please remember that your dog’s welfare will always come before vanity. If a full shave-down is the kindest and safest option, then that is what I will do.

Regular grooming isn’t just about keeping your dog looking beautiful — it’s about maintaining a healthy coat, preventing discomfort and helping your dog develop trust and confidence in the grooming process. 🐶💕

If you want to avoid severe matting and make grooming a happier experience for your dog, regular visits are the best way forward. 😊

Beautiful Lou 💙🫶🏻 he’s been lovingly groomed elsewhere for some time but today has had a little visit back to see me for the time being I had a great time with my little man giving him a nice scissor tidy and much needed conditioner isn’t he just adorable 🥰

Welcome little Harry 💙🫶🏻 Harry had some little tangles which needed removing he’s only 4 months old and wasn’t able to join for a groom until now he’s the sweetest little guy I am so happy to have him at My salon 🐾
