🐾Age: 1 year 6 months
🐾Breed: Labrador Retriever
🐾Breed fun fact: The Labrador Retriever is an active, friendly, loving dog who thrives on human companionship, wanting nothing more than to please their owners (except perhaps eat anything and everything, and jump in any water they can find!). They are ideal pets for households with children and they get on well with other household animals.
Labradors are a very happy breed, extremely affectionate, constantly wagging their tails and always on the go. They are easily trained, being eager to learn, and to please, and can turn their paw to just about anything. They are total foodies however, which helps with their training, but not their waistlines!

🐾Personality & Quirks: Arlos name at Hounds is Mr-Wiggles and there’s a strong reason for that! Arlo comes in with the biggest wiggly bum ready to play and have lots of cuddles! Arlo is genuinely the happiest boy and always down to play fetch, play with friends and have an afternoon snooze and cuddle on someone knee. He loves everyone and everyone loves him! He absolutely adores taking part in swimming activities too! He’s a natural. From joining as a tiny puppy is has been so wonderful to watch Arlo grow and bloom into the handsome young man he is now🥰

✨ Making grooming a positive experience starts young! 🐾

Getting your pup used to being brushed, having their paws, ears and body touched, hearing the blow dryer, and experiencing showers from an early age can make such a huge difference.

It helps them understand that grooming is nothing to worry about, building confidence and trust so they can feel relaxed and comfortable when it’s time for the real thing. 🛁🫧

And when you get it right… their groom can look as easy and chilled as this! 😴🧡🐾
