A great time at Pony Club Championships with a few of the gang.
Rather special having our 3 oldest homebreds Dragon, Griffin and Lily all competing and then also Bella who although not homebred we have had from a rather feral 3yo.
Bella (Neptunus-Utopia) did the open dressage and did a lovely test for over 70% but an unfortunate trip just costing her a mark which was enough to put us to 2nd but she gave a really nice test and stayed with me so well in a big atmosphere.
Bella also last weekend going to the Petplan Area Festivals and qualifying for the elementary finals.
Griffin (DF Cevin’s Proposal) was in the open showjumping and produced two super rounds but just an unfortunate last part of the treble in the second round but he was jumping so well especially as only his 3rd time on grass.
Dragon (DF Liberty’s Prince) was in the chairman’s cup eventing and did a nice test with a couple of exciteable moments then was amazing xc taking on a course much tougher than anything he had ever seen before like the machine he is jumping a super round and then showjumping after xc he was rather tired having a few rails but we know showjumping still needs a lot of work.
Lily (DF Silver Lynx) at only her 3rd event did a sweet test with just a couple baby moments then a lovely showjumping just having 1 down. Followed by an awesome xc with a course causing loads of problems she jumped round a lovely clear just taking a pre planned alternative at the water.
Super proud of all the horses and feels that bit extra special that all 4 are horses we have backed and produced and done everything with ourselves.
