We have an enormous car park and free parking from 8 in the morning to 6 at night, making us a simple one stop shop for all your pet supplies as well as the best in veterinary advice. Any pet product we don't have we can get the

Tiny paws, waggy tails and plenty of confidence-building. 💚

Our Puppy Parties are a chance for young puppies to meet others of a similar age, get used to the practice and enjoy new experiences in a friendly setting.

They are run by our nurse team and help puppies build positive associations with visiting the vets from an early age.

We also cover helpful puppy topics along the way, including parasites, nutrition, dental care, neutering and basic training.

Hayley joined Orchard Vets in July, having qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2024. 💚

She enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing, with a particular interest in nurse clinics, providing continuity of care for patients throughout their treatment and building positive relationships with clients.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys socialising with friends and spending time on her family’s dairy farm. She also loves riding her horse, Cherish, and heading out on long walks with her two Border Collies.

We’re very happy to have Hayley as part of the Orchard team.

A vet and nurse will be on call for emergency care while the practice is closed.

🐾 Orchard Health Plan Updates.

Following on from our September Vaccine Amnesty, we have some brilliant Health Plan updates to share. 💚

From the 1st of September, puppies and kittens joining the Orchard Health Plan will have their primary vaccinations included at no extra charge.

Cats and dogs on the Health Plan will also have 2 tick removals included per year.

For September only, adult dogs and cats who need to restart their vaccination course can have their primary vaccinations included when signing up to the Health Plan.

The plan includes boosters, regular health checks, preventative care and average savings of £164 per year.

Health Plan subscriptions are for a minimum of 12 months and T&Cs apply.

We have very sadly had a deceased entire male black cat brought into the practice.

He was collected by the council from Cinnamon Road and had no microchip when scanned.

If you believe this may be your cat, please contact the practice directly. Proof of ownership will be required.
