Therapy, just done a little differently… 💚 Whether we are working alongside horses, exploring nature, or collaborating out in the community, shifting the environment can offer a different layer of support. 🍃🐎👏
We are proud to work with children, young people, and adults, focusing on the practical everyday skills that matter most:
Build self-esteem & confidence: Developing a strong sense of self-worth and confidence in a gentle, non-judgmental space.
Improve motor skills: Strengthening coordination, balance, and physical confidence through active, hands-on outdoor movement.
Develop self-regulation: Learning how to navigate big emotions, manage sensory overload, and find a sense of calm.
Nurture life skills: Mastering the practical routines that lead to greater independence out in the community.
Support mental well-being: Creating space to build resilience, reduce feelings of isolation, and gently support mental health at any stage of life.
By weaving a love for horses and nature into functional therapy, we offer a complementary approach, helping people bridge the gap between practicing skills and using them in
every day life 😌
