Hi, I'm Laura 👋 dog walker, pet sitter, and Registered Veterinary Nurse.

I'm 33 and I have been based in Towcester for six years now. I'm a cat mum to my two boys; Toad, who I handreared (cute photo at the end!) and Fred, who is affectionately known as Precious Man (whom my business is named after!) Having worked in Veterinary practice for nearly ten years, last year I decided it was time for a new adventure, and so Precious Paws was born ❤️

Some of my favourite parts of this job are:

🐾 Running large yet safe group walks, where my dogs can zoom about getting wet and muddy playing with their friends (and watching their confidence grow in a group is hugely rewarding).
🐾 Working with owners to help animals with socialisation and reactivity.
🐾 Offering different styles of walks for dogs with varying health issues and needs.
🐾 Being able to help owners after their pets have had operations etc, using my nursing knowledge to help provide continuing care alongside their vet.
🐾 And the cuddles, of course!

Outside of work, you'll usually find me in the gym (I'm a competitive powerlifter), or with my head in a book 🏋‍♀️📚

I'm usually fully booked, but if you'd like to see if I could help you and your furbabie/s, please drop me a WhatsApp/text on 07794734785 🥰❤️

Had the cuddliest week of sleepovers with Sasha, who loves nothing more than an early bedtime and a lazy morning; my kinda girl 😂 We did lots of training walks together, to carry on the amazing work that her mum and dad have been doing to socialise her, and it's been lovely having plenty of cuddles on top of that 🥰 such a gorgeous girl! 💖

Very late post 🫣 back in March and April I got to have two long weekend sleepovers with these gorgeous boys 🥰 I walk Charlie and Reggie five days a week, so getting to spend all weekend hanging out and snuggling together was so lovely ❤️
