Jodie is my go to recommendation for people seeking training support for their dogs. Her strong ethics and drive to understand the individual dogs needs and situation are just some of the things I love about how she works!

I’m not going to lie it’s been very difficult. But in just a week I’ve seen my fitness improve massively. I’ve proven myself wrong consistently all week and exceeded my mileage targets almost every run!

Liam from Liam is matching my miles and comparing our runs daily is giving me the drive to keep going!

Tuesday faces!

For some unknown reason I have decided to run 100 miles in October for dogs trust. I don’t currently run, I’m about 20lbs overweight and now that I have a couple of sponsors the reality has hit me that I’m actually going to have to do this 😬 if you’d like to sponsor me so that the weight of the guilt increases then please use the link below 🤣🤣 🏃

What a week for Garrett’s Canine Services | Torbay Dog Walker we’ve welcomed 3 new faces. Marley has been practicing all her awesome life skills! Aaron and Sally learnt to fly 🥴 and last but not least 6 month old Oscar had his first walk with me!

My favourite part of all of this is watching my clients dogs grow and thrive. One thing I never expected when I started this is how much dogs can differ even in the same breed. It truly shows that these amazing creatures we share our homes with are individuals and to treat them as anything less would be all g them a disservice.

This is your permission to stop and smell the daises (Literally)!

Puppies, they don't stay like this for long. At the moment everything is new, exciting, smells funny, looks funny and sometimes is even scary.

There's no rush for your puppy to take in the whole world all at once, so let them take their time to process all this new sensory information. It can be super overwhelming!

As they grow so do their senses so something they used to ignore might now have a million details to suddenly investigate.

Most of all enjoy it. Enjoy watching them encounter something new and novel, watch how they interact with it, watch their confidence grow. Just by watching them you'll notice tiny details that give you the biggest window into your dog's mind.
