A day in the life of Lulu includes:

Phase 1: 5 star catering - served fresh, on time, with full sound effects to let me know if it's not up to standard 👀
Phase 2: Mastering the art of doing absolutely nothing - Lulu has a PhD in this
Phase 3: High Intensity Interval Training - maximum chaos, maximum commitment

POV: Your manager is a 5kg tuxedo cat 😂🐾

Bobby has reviewed my desk management and found it 'shambolic'. He's relocated to a corner office to avoid my emails, checked my screen from several new angles, completed my annual review and decided there will be no raise - just more treats.

Bobby is one of my regulars and I want it on record that he is an excellent judge of character and I respect his authority completely 😄

This is Lulu 🐾

First time I looked after her. She was shy, cautious and not at all sure about me at first.

So I did what I always do with nervous cats - I waited. No rushing, no forcing it. Just patience and letting her set the pace.

And then this happened.

Lulu leaning in for head pets, nuzzling, marking me as her person and giving me that look of love at the end.

This is the part of this job that never gets old. Earning a shy cat's trust is one of the greatest honours 🐱

The Chill Queen returns 👑

Mavis walks in full royal energy, did a dramatic rug flop, rolled around for attention, accepted some blissful head scratches and finished with the most affectionate boop.

Mavis doesn't just tolerate visits. She performs them.

Mavis is one of my regulars and she has absolutely perfected the art of relaxation. Cosy rug, elegant leg extension, finding the purr-fect spot and activating peak relaxation mode — all in under a minute.

Mavis is a chill queen and I will not hear otherwise 👑

This is what your cat gets up to while you're away - completely at home, completely content, completely themselves 🐱

Meet Max 🐾

Max is one of my regulars and honestly every visit with him is just pure joy. From the hello at the door, to the head scratches, to having very important things to say, Max puts his whole heart into every interaction.

I hadn't seen Molly for 2 months 🐾

This was how she greeted me when I walked back through the door.

Sweet baby rubs, close ups of those beautiful eyes, chin scratches, deep neck scratches, and that final look of love that just said everything.

I'm not just a cat sitter. I'm someone Molly's owner trusts completely, and someone Molly actually remembers and loves seeing.

That means the world to me and it's exactly why I do this 🐱

Meet Molly 🐾

Molly is one of my regulars and honestly she deserves her own fan club. I've been looking after her for over a year now and every single visit she finds a new way to make me smile.

Chin scratches, big stretches, checking out the camera like she owns it. Molly does everything on her own terms and I am completely here for it.

I gave Sprout back scratches and she had absolutely no chill about it whatsoever 😂

Bum in the air. Full flop. Rolling around like she'd won something.
