Thank you so much to all of our amazing clients for keeping us so busy! 🐾❤️ We truly appreciate every single one of you.

Due to high demand, our next available appointments are now towards the end of September. If you need to rearrange your appointment, please be aware that there may be a wait before we can fit you back in.

🎅 Most clients are also block booking appointments until Christmas. Last week of christmas is already fully booked so please book to avoid disappointment.

📞 Getting in touch - If you contact us via WhatsApp or email and haven't received a reply within 24 hours, please give us a call or give us a nudge! While we do our very best to respond to every message, during particularly busy periods some messages can occasionally be missed or seen too late.

⏰ Appointment reminders - Please make a note of your appointment date and time. We send courtesy reminders 48 hours before your appointment via both text message and email to help reduce missed appointments.

📋 Cancellation Policy - emailed to you and on text messages• 48 hours or more notice – No charge. • Less than 48 hours' notice – 50% of the appointment fee. • Failure to attend (no-show) – 100% of the appointment fee.
Please note that any cancellation charges must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.

🌞⚠️ Polite reminder Thursday & Friday appointments 🌞⚠️

Our salon is fully equipped with air conditioning units and is lovely and cool in our salon.

HOWEVER.. with temperatures reaching 34°c

We are asking customers to please bring your dogs in a air conditioned vehicle.

PLEASE DO NOT:
* Walk your dog to the salon
* Walk your dogs before or after your appointment.
*Feed your dog just before or just after your appointment.

If your dog is showing signs of being too hot an arrival we will re schedule the appointment for the dogs welfare.

If your dog has any medical conditions, really struggles with the heat, please contact us to re arrange the appointment.
