🐾 Accidents Can Happen — Even With the Best Care 🐾
Hi everyone! We wanted to take a moment to share a quick reminder that just like with kids, dogs can have little accidents anytime, anywhere — even when they’re being closely supervised.
Today our sweet boy Arlo had a small accident during playtime and ended up scraping his chin, taking a bit of skin off. Thankfully, it was nothing serious, but we wanted to be transparent and share how we handled it.
As soon as it happened, we stayed calm and immediately grabbed our fully stocked dog first aid kit. We gently cleaned the area, disinfected it properly, and made sure the wound was protected and monitored. Arlo was a champ through the whole thing and is doing just fine — wagging his tail like nothing ever happened! 💙🐶
This is also a great reminder of how important it is for every dog owner to have a pet first aid kit on hand. You never know when your pup might get a scrape, cut, torn nail, or minor injury, and having the right supplies ready can make a huge difference in keeping them safe and comfortable until further care is needed.
We always keep safety as our top priority, but we also understand that with active pups who love to run, play, and explore, minor bumps and scrapes can sometimes happen.
