🐾 Meet the Team - Erica 🐾

Next up in our Meet the Team series is Erica, who's been part of Sue's Dog Walking & Pet Care for over four years.

As a qualified dog trainer, Erica has a great understanding of canine behaviour and is particularly passionate about supporting nervous, anxious and fearful dogs, giving them the time and understanding they need to feel comfortable.

That understanding extends to home too, where her nine-year-old Labrador Poppy has her own health challenges and has taught Erica even more about patience, empathy and adapting care to the individual dog.

For Erica, it's all about treating every dog with the same love, care and dedication she'd want for Poppy. 🐶

We're very lucky to have Erica as part of the team!

It's been a couple of weeks since we shared a proper pet round-up, and we've got LOTS of lovely faces to catch you up on!

Summer might be coming to an end, but things certainly aren't slowing down for us! The team is still busy caring for lots of lovely pets, with walks, visits, cuddles, playtime and plenty of different personalities keeping us on our toes.

We couldn't possibly fit everyone into one post, but here are just a few of the pets we've had the pleasure of spending time with recently.

🐾 Meet the Team - Tracey 🐾

Say hello to Tracey, who has been part of Sue's Dog Walking & Pet Care since February 2022.

Tracey has always had animals in her life, from dogs and cats to rabbits and fish, and one of the things she loves most about her job is getting to know all their different personalities.

Whether she's caring for the confident ones who can't wait to see her or those who need a little more time and patience, Tracey brings plenty of warmth, reliability and affection to every visit.

She's also Pet First Aid qualified and, when she's not busy looking after our clients' pets, she has her own spaniel Bibi keeping her on her toes at home!

For many cats, there's no place they'd rather be than their own home, surrounded by their favourite sleeping spots, familiar smells and usual routine.

Our cat sitting visits at Sue's Dog Walking & Pet Care are about much more than popping in to put some food down.

We'll take care of the essentials like fresh food and water, litter trays and welfare checks, but we'll also spend time with your cat in whatever way makes them happiest.

That might mean playtime and zoomies, a good fuss and cuddle, or simply letting a nervous cat take things at their own pace.

We will even take care of those little jobs like bringing in the post, watering your plants and putting the bins out while you're away.

And you'll receive photo updates after visits, so you can relax knowing everything is OK back home.

Stacey and Rosey celebrated their wedding at The Coach House Derby with Lolly and Dolly there to share their special day too.

Our wedding chaperone service meant their girls could be part of the celebrations while being cared for and looked after amongst all the excitement.

Because when your dogs are part of the family, of course you want them there for the important moments too!
