We are based in Acresford, Derbyshire in a secluded location (but in easy reach of the M42) with plenty of land to walk the dogs in.

☀️ 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙊𝙛 𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧 ☀️

Hey Guys,

It’s been a little while since we’ve done one of these, but we thought we’d take a look back at just a few of the lovely guests we’ve had join us over the start of summer!🐶🐱

We’ve welcomed back many regular faces and have had the opportunity to meet some lovely new ones too!😊

We’re well in to our busy summer period now with us virtually fully booked over most of summer apart from the odd day here and there 🎉

Just as a little reminder if you could remember to bring your pets vaccination card please just to show they’re fully up to date with their vaccinations (and if a dog, they’ve had the kennel cough vaccine a minimum of 14 days before their stay).

We just wanted to say a massive thank you for the support you guys show us! We’re taking more and more bookings for next year, with us having 10 out of 15 kennels booked over some dates in May already - So thank you!🙌🏻

Finally we wanted to say a massive thank you again to you naughty lot that spoil us with goodies that you bring back from your trips - You really don’t have to but all of us really appreciate it❤️

We can’t wait to see you all and hear all about your plans and what you’ve been up to!

🌷𝙎𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙨 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚!🌷

Hey Guys,

We hope you have had a lovely start to the year!

The first few months have flown by for us! We’ve had the pleasure of seeing so many of you, your furry loved ones and hearing about the holidays you’re going on and have been on and we’ve got to enjoy the company of your little loved ones while you’re away!🐱🐶

While this has been going on we started on our first project here as we constantly try to improve and upgrade our facilities and that was replacing some of our fencing that had started to lean a little bit. Thanks to Stuartson & Co Fencing we now have some new fencing that’ll last us many years to come.

We have a couple more projects planned for this year so keep your eyes peeled👀

We managed to squeeze a quick break away this month to recharge the batteries a little bit (which was lovely!) before what looks to be yet again our busiest year yet! Our availability is very limited now so if you guys do need us as always the earlier you get in touch the better - We’ve already started taking bookings for 2027!🎉

Our busy Easter period is about to get underway followed by an even busier summer!☀️

We can’t wait to see you all soon!!

🎉 𝐖𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐀 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫!!🎉

The winner of our charity vote of the year on who we will be supporting is a charity that needs no introduction but could always use your help is Dogs Trust 🐶

Dogs Trust help find dogs a new home when they’ve found themselves in a situation where there owners are no longer able to look after them with a rehoming centre as close to us as Loughborough!

Not only do they help look after dogs while they’re in between homes, they help with any medical issues and also try and help train dogs to set them up with the best possibility of success for their rehoming and ours and your donations will help them carry that on.

🚨𝙄͟𝙢͟𝙥͟𝙤͟𝙧͟𝙩͟𝙖͟𝙣͟𝙩͟ ͟𝙋͟𝙧͟𝙞͟𝙘͟𝙞͟𝙣͟𝙜͟ ͟𝙄͟𝙣͟𝙛͟𝙤͟𝙧͟𝙢͟𝙖͟𝙩͟𝙞͟𝙤͟𝙣͟🚨

Hi Guys,

Before the new year starts we wanted to reluctantly share an important message about our pricing.

Since we took over back in 2021 we've kept our pricing the same.

Unfortunately due to costs constantly rising this isn't sustainable anymore.

Rather than just being a company who puts our prices up without any explanation we wanted to show why...

Since we took over in 2021 our costs for:

Business Rates have increased 20%

Lighting & Heating have increased 86%

Food & Bedding have increased 59%

Wage costs have increased 22%

&These are just a few examples..

Because of these increases it means we have to look at our pricing for 2026.

What it all means:
After a lot of soul searching it means we're increasing our costs by 12.5%

As you can see this doesn't cover the increases we've incurred, but we didn't think it was fair to pass all of these costs on to you guys.

However, it means we may need to look at pricing year on year.

We understand this may mean some of you want to look at your bookings with us and please get in touch if you do, but we thank you all for your support❤️

To confirm our new 2026 pricing:

Kennels:
For One Dog: £22.50 per day
For Two Dogs Sharing: £40 per day
For Three Dogs Sharing: £45 per day

Cattery:
For One Cat: £14.50 per day
For Two Cats Sharing: £26 per day
For Three Cats Sharing: £33 per day

We hope you understand that the care and love your pets receive won’t change. It will still be one to one care, fuss and attention from all of us here.

We want to thank you all for your support and hopefully you can see why we’ve had to make this decision.

Father Christmas has been and delivered some presents for all of our furry guests that are staying with us over the festive break!🐶🐱🎄

We’re spending our evening looking back and some of the wonderful guests that we’ve had staying with us these last few months 🐕 🐈‍⬛

Our busy December period is fast approaching where we’ll see many of you before the end of 2025! 🎉

Just a reminder that we are booking up quickly throughout 2026 already in both our kennels and Cattery so if you do need us the earlier you book means the less likely we are to disappoint you 📅

Hey Guys,

Now our big announcement is out the way and the summer holidays are truly here we thought we’d give you an update on all the goings on here!

🐶𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲🐱

This year has been our busiest year so far to date with us getting to see so many of you! This includes lots of regular furry faces as well as some new ones too! With lots of you booked in for the rest of the summer and beyond! We’ve got to enjoy lots of fun, play and fuss and the expansion of our Cattery has meant we get to see many more of you!

🍃𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 🍃

If you visited us just after Christmas you’ll have seen unfortunately someone had an accident crashing in to our fencing in to our front fields - luckily no one was hurt but it left us with some work to do!

Thanks to the help of Shaun at Stuartson & Co Fencing we were able to get this repaired and looking better than ever! This led us to some other fencing needs Shaun helped us with.. We had some rotten posts that had caused the fencing in our field to fall, so we replaced the whole run with some fencing that should last us 20+ years! Our final repair was a damaged fence panel at the back of the Cattery which we replaced to keep us all nice and secure.

📆 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 📆

We have already had so many of you pre-planning and booking in for next year with us being over a third full over some dates in August already! If you would like to book in with us we always recommend the earlier you guys can book in means the less likely we are to disappoint you with being full over the dates you need.

𝐀 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞 ✍️

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of you that we’ve already seen this year and to those of you that we have booked in. We’re always overwhelmed by the love and support our small business receives from you all and the trust you guys give us to look after your loved ones for their holiday with us❤️

We’re very excited to announce that at the end of February Honor’s Happypaws will be joining us at Seale Pastures!

Honor comes to us with a wealth of experience of trimming up and giving the spa treatment to all different sizes and breed of pooch!

She even specialises in dogs that aren’t a fan of going to the groomer and will win them over so she can have them looking their best!

With her moving in it gives another service that your furry loved one can enjoy when they come for their holiday with us.
