I visited one of my lovely regular clients today, and her grooming session went so quickly and smoothly. 🥰
And there’s a very good reason for that.
Her parents brush her regularly at home, so we’re not dealing with knots, tangles or a pelted coat. But the other really lovely thing is that she used to be very nervous about grooming. With regular sessions, she has slowly learned to trust the process and now accepts her grooming so much better.
And this is exactly why regular grooming is so beneficial for cats.
🐾 They get used to the groomer and the routine
🐾 Regular brushing helps prevent knots and pelted coats
🐾 Sessions become quicker, easier and less stressful
🐾 And, importantly, keeping the coat maintained can mean smaller grooming bills
Basically, regular grooming is better for the cat, easier on the groomer and kinder to your wallet. 😂
Because the less we have to battle the coat, the less time and work goes into getting it back under control.
