A very successful day for us at Windsor Championship Dog Show 2018. A new Homebred champion, “Doing the Double” and then 4th in a super Hound Group.
After winning Best in Show in April at the Deerhound Club Breed Show, Hyndsight In Your Dreams (Ch. H. Run to You x H. Broken Dream) won her third CC under Alison Morton then went BOB over her kennel mate Ch H. Desperado.
Congratulations to Julie and Graham Smith winning Postgraduate Dog with Hyndsight Timespace at Julam. Also to Duncan & Bridget Robertson with a RCC for Chuilinn Berengaria and for Beardswood Uther winning DRCC for Jules & Liza Faircloth from Puppy.
Our day was topped off when “Dreams” was awarded 4th in the Hound Group under sighthound specialist Jenny Dove.
We arrived back tired but thrilled to now have 8 Homebred UK Champions living with us. We are especially proud that all eight have at least three and up to eight generations of Hyndsight breeding in their direct bitch line.

A belated post for Scottish Kennel Club championship show where Champion Hyndsight Desperado was Dog CC winner with Best of Breed under hound specialist Mary McBryde. This was the 20th CC for “Dessie”’ top Deerhound 2016 & 2017. The bitch CC, her 6th, went to his kennel mate top bitch 2017 Champion Hyndsight Mandolin Wind. Congratulations to Reserve CC winners Marjorie Mckinnon’s Almondbank Real Deal McNeil to Fingon and Ali Morton and Johnny Morgan’s Chuillin Ballad.

Another super day for Hyndsight Deerhounds in Scotland for 22 month H. in Your Dreams (Ch. H Run To You x H. Broken Dream) BOB under breed judge Mark Cannon. Her first championship show since CC from junior at Richmond. A good day capped off with runner up spot in the Buddies Yearling Stakes Bitch Qualifier after H. Pilgrim also stood second in the Dog Qualifier. Home by 6.30 am when everyone else was just getting up.
