'We cannot recommend Charlotte, The Cat Butler Stourbridge highly enough. She was absolutely outstanding in every way. From the very start, she put us completely at ease and took the time to learn all about our two indoor Ragdoll cats, Stanley and Patrick.

Charlotte went above and beyond to understand their individual personalities and needs, especially Stanley, who can be very territorial and anxious. Charlotte handled him with such calmness, patience, and confidence - and after just a few days, she even won him around, which we never thought possible. Patrick has a new best friend in Charlotte, he adored her and groomed her daily.

Knowing our boys were in such safe, capable hands was an enormous relief and allowed us to enjoy our holiday. The daily updates from Charlotte were an absolute joy to read - funny, thoughtful, and they captured the boys’ personalities spot on.

On top of the wonderful care she gave our cats, Charlotte kept our home spotless, fresh, and beautifully looked after. Coming home to relaxed cats and a tidy house was such a gift.

It is National Animal Poison Prevention Week, a perfect time to take a quick "safety sweep" of your home. 🥰

Many everyday items that are harmless to humans can be life-threatening to our pets, so being aware of the risks is the best way to keep them safe. 😿

Common Hidden Hazards:
💊Medications: Both human over-the-counter (like NSAIDs) and prescription drugs (like antidepressants) are the most common cause of pet poisoning.

🍫Foods: Many items in our pantries—such as chocolate, grapes, raisins, onions, garlic, and xylitol (an artificial sweetener often found in sugar-free gum and some peanut butters)—are highly toxic.

🧪Household Chemicals: Cleaning products, detergents, antifreeze, and fertilizers can cause severe reactions if ingested or even walked through and groomed off paws.

🌸Botanicals: Many common houseplants (like lilies for cats) and essential oils can be dangerous when diffused or applied.

🔴If you suspect your pet has ingested something toxic, do not wait for symptoms to appear. Contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately.🔴

If you have the packaging of the product ingested, have it ready when you call—it contains the vital information the vet needs to treat your pet effectively.
