We recently received these lovely words from Vincent’s family, and we’re incredibly grateful to Richard and Caroline for taking the time to share them. 🤍

It was an honour to care for their precious boy and to help give Vincent the peaceful and loving farewell he deserved. 🌈🐾✨🤍

Vincent’s family also chose this beautiful tribute photo frame, a lovely keepsake that holds his collar, a favourite photograph and a small amount of his ashes, keeping those precious memories together forever. ✨

Something many pet owners don’t realise.

When a beloved pet passes away at the vets, many families naturally assume their pet will stay within the local area.

However, this isn’t always the case.

Some pets may be transported to larger regional cremation facilities many miles away, with their ashes returned several days later. Many owners may not realise this at the time.

At Roseberry Pet Crematorium in Stokesley, we believe pets should remain close to home and be cared for with dignity, compassion and respect throughout their final journey.

That’s why we gently encourage pet owners to ask one simple question:

“Where will my pet be taken?”

You always have the right to ask questions, understand the arrangements and choose who cares for your beloved pet.

If this information could help another family during a difficult time, please consider sharing it so more pet owners understand their options.

We had the pleasure of handing over our doggy hamper to the lovely Claire today, the lucky winner of our Stokesley Show competition! 🎉🐾💙

Congratulations again, Claire! We hope you and Moo enjoy all the treats and goodies. Although Claire won the competition, we think Moo might be the real winner! 🐶🎁

🩶 Beautiful Nimbus 🩶

We were incredibly touched to receive these lovely words from Nimbus’s family:

“We cannot thank the team at Roseberry Pet Crematorium enough for the kindness, compassion and care they showed us when we took our beloved Nimbus to them.

We were absolutely heartbroken to have to say goodbye to our beautiful 18 year old girl, who had led such an adventurous life. For the last five years, she had lived six months of each year aboard our narrowboat, travelling along canals and rivers and enjoying a very different life from most cats!

From the moment we arrived, they treated both Nimbus and us with such dignity and respect, which meant more to us than we can say.

Knowing that Nimbus was in caring hands and would be treated with the same love and dignity that she had received throughout her life gave us great comfort.

Thank you to everyone at Roseberry for looking after our precious girl so beautifully. We will always be grateful. 🩶”

Nimbus’s family chose to have her ashes placed inside this beautiful Cat on a Book urn, a fitting tribute to such an adventurous girl, so she can remain close to her family and continue enjoying her journeys aboard the boat. 🛥️🐾✨🤍

Thank you so much to Nimbus’s family for trusting us to care for their precious girl and for allowing us to share these beautiful words and memories of her. It was truly an honour. 🩶
