🚨CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE🚨

Hi doggie parents, a polite reminder I am self employed this means that if you cancel last minute or I turn up and you aren’t in, it costs me money.

I need a minimum if 24 hours notice please or a 25% fee will be added to your next groom. I am constantly fully booked for 5-6 weeks so I will struggle to get you back in.

Unfortunately I’ve had a quite a few no shows. I will still be sending a 24 hour text reminder. I will only be coming if I get confirmation, unless we have discussed otherwise.

Anyone in or around ST6 will know Buddy for always sitting in his front garden watching the world go by. Unfortunately buddy got diagnosed with cancer some time ago meaning he had to stop his grooming. I visited Tony recently and he informed me that Buddy is being put to sleep on the 11th of May.

Please please please if anyone is passing by over the weekend and see Buddy please give him some extra love. He is the most lovely and gentle boy you will ever meet! Tony is beside himself so it would also mean an awful lot to him that Buddy gets to see some friendly faces, cuddles and kind words before he has to say goodbye.
