Incredible time spent at garden back in May! One of my favourite workshops I’ve been on, building drystone walls with construction waste which John comedically called ‘Essex stone’ as we have no natural stone here. And also learning how to do green roofs which is fortay of johns. He has an incredible non-profit called for anyone looking for training in this space! A reel to come on the day!

Throwback to May 2025 at s car park food forest! 🌿
Since then, with the help of heat and irrigation, this space has become incredibly dense and productive. We had a few hurdles and some mismanagement, but it’s now thriving and bouncing back beautifully. This food forest is specifically designed to meet the pub’s needs, layered with delicious herbs and produce! 🌿🍎
