As my business continues to grow, I'm making a few small changes to help keep everything organised and ensure I can continue providing the best possible service for all my lovely clients and their dogs.

Going forward, please take note of the following changes:

📅 Bookings: All walks should be booked at least 7 days in advance wherever possible, allowing me to organise my diary and plan my working week efficiently. Last-minute bookings may be considered subject to availability.

💷 Payments: Payment will now be required in advance to secure your booking. This will help me keep my accounts up to date and avoid any missed or overdue payments.

📅 Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rearranged free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the booking price, while cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full price.

These changes will help me manage my time more effectively, plan ahead and continue giving every dog the time, care and attention they deserve. 🐶
