💚WHEN- Did I start using Tropic Skincare ?

🐾 One Off Walks 🐾

I had the pleasure of caring & walking these 2 fabulous ladies, whilst there owners were on a family holiday.

This enquiry came in to support their existing family members, whom were caring for the dogs whilst the owners were away.

This care consisting of X2 separate visits to support the family member, whilst they were at work.

It is always a pleasure to support client's & their families. So should you require additional support & assistance, please feel free to message to enquire.

🐾Why do I give out paperwork?🐾

1. It lists and details all relevant information that I need prior to sessions commencing.

2.It lists emergency details & Contacts... should I need them.

3. It informs me how to access a property & How I should leave the property.
(GIVE TREATS, LEAVE RADIO ON OR GIVE ENRICHMENT ACTIVITY).

4. It clearly lists used commands & PET Preferences.

5. The paperwork clearly state Cancellation Policy & Consent Weaver contract.

6. Probation Period.

7. AND MUCH MORE!

I personally find it is a great point of reference and should be carried out as standard practice by all Dog walkers & Pet sitters.

If it isnt, ask yourself...Why???

•Is it because they are cheaper?
•Is it because they are testing the "waters"?
•Are they doing it because it is extra money for them alongside their main employment?

When looking for a Dog Walker & Pet sitter you MUST ensure they are DBS Check, Insured and Hold a in date 1st Aid Certificate... as Standard Practice.

✅️If they have 'Years of Experience'- BONUS
✅️If they have professional Qualifications & Training-BONUS.
✅️If they transport pets and have changed their insurance & Kitted the vehicle out correctly- BONUS
✅️ If they offer extra elements of Safety- YOU ARE WINNING! 🎉🫶

Unfortunately, I have heard of Dog Walkers who DON'T do this and basically 'Wing it'. 🤦‍♀️
(Which if anything was to happen, You may not receive the result you were hoping for)

I have had a LOT of Enquiries this summer & supported some NEW cleints because they have been "Let Down". 😡 (Another post pending...)

🐾To the PET OWNER: Please take the time to ask the questions you want to know answers to. Ensure they have the basic credentials to be a Dog Walker & Pet sitter. Ensure you and your pet are confident & comfortable.

🐾To the DOG WALKER/PET SITTER: Please take the time to incorporate paperwork into your own practice. As it will help you, should a issue arrise. It will give you knowledge & understanding of the dogs you are working with and give you a good reference point to come back to. It is professional and will certainly create trust & Confidence in your cleints.

When I am not walking dogs or house sitting...we enjoy riding around the county in a tractor for charity.

We simply enjoy the scenery, good food, hospitality, the bumpy ride and the joy it brings to many communities & young children.

🐾One Off Walk🐾

Returning One Off Walk client. Sometimes we all need a helping hand, whether it is support during a illness, Recovery, Busy Lifestyle or that you wish to go out for the day with family.

🫶Please never hesitate to contact me for availability for a One Off walk, 8/10 I can normally fit clients in. 🫶

I had the pleasure of this returning client. She is a fabulous little lady and adores a good explore,Sniff and of course...her BALL! 😍

This sessions was booked for 60mins; 10-15 mins mealtime and cuddles, before we headed out for a 45mins explore of Cheddleton. This session was booked, as the owner wanted to spend some quality time with her family & Grandchildren during the summer holidays.

Its lovely when a plan comes together and my human clients get to go off and make memories that will last a lifetime! ❤️🥲
