Today, Smarties and I went on a mindful walk.

It was a beautiful sunny day and I gave myself a challenge to take pictures of everything natural that caught my eye.

By doing this mindful exercise it allowed me to open up to the beauty & feel the present moment all around me and it allowed Smarties to have long relaxed sniffs rather than just walking past it all 🐾

This is not dog training as such.
But I am happy to come out on walks with you.
