Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately — it’s been a very busy few weeks behind the scenes at The Daily Wag! 🐾

Between the recent heatwave and the ever-changing weather we’ve had lately, it’s been all about adjusting our routine to keep the dogs safe and happy. On those hotter days, walks were moved to the cooler mornings and evenings, with plenty of shade, water breaks, and slower-paced strolls. Their wellbeing will always come first.

And of course, we’ve had our fair share of rain too! Muddy paths one day, sunshine the next — but honestly, whatever the weather, it’s always a pleasure being out with these dogs. They make every walk worthwhile.

I’ve shared a few photos from the past couple of weeks — just some of the lovely moments I’ve been lucky enough to be part of. Lots of happy faces, wagging tails, and dogs enjoying exactly what they should be doing.

Yesterday’s group walk was full of sunshine, smiles, and wagging tails! ☀️🐾

We were so happy to have Toffee join the walk, and she settled in beautifully with the rest of the group. The dogs had an amazing time together running through the fields, exploring the trails, and playing together in the sunshine. There were lots of zoomies, happy faces, and plenty of fun from start to finish. 🤎

It’s always lovely watching the dogs build friendships and enjoy their adventures together out in nature. Another gorgeous walk with this wonderful bunch! 🌿🐶

Thursday evening’s Luna group walk was full of fun from start to finish! 🐾🌿

The dogs had the best time running through the fields together, exploring the trails, and cooling off with plenty of splashing and playing in the water. There were lots of wagging tails, happy zoomies, and muddy paws by the end of the walk, just how we like it! 💦🐶

It’s always so lovely seeing the dogs build confidence, friendships, and enjoy their adventures together out in nature. Another wonderful evening with this gorgeous group. 🤎

Today’s group walk with Luna, Yuki, Pogo and Konan was full of energy, exploration and plenty of happy tails 🐾

We started off nice and steady on lead, giving everyone the chance to settle, take in their surroundings and enjoy all the exciting scents along the way. Once we reached the field, it was time for some well earned freedom where the fun really began

From zoomies across the grass to playful chases and social interaction, these four had the best time burning off energy in a safe and secure environment. Watching them run, play and check in with each other is exactly what group walks are all about. Not just exercise, but enrichment, confidence building and positive social time

We always make sure every dog feels comfortable, safe and included, whether they prefer exploring at their own pace or joining in with the group fun
