LONG WALKS = HAPPY, TIRED DOGS 🐾💚

I think it’s safe to say today’s adventures have taken their toll on Flash & Blue… 😂

Long walks, plenty of sniffing, running, playing and exploring — and now we’ve reached the “do not disturb unless food is involved” stage of the evening. 💤

Flash has just about managed to find a sensible sleeping position…

Blue, on the other hand, appears to have simply run out of battery mid-dog. 🤣

Nothing better than seeing them completely content and shattered after a busy day with us. ❤️🐾

Sleep well boys… we do it all again tomorrow! 😂

🐾 The side of Flash you don’t always get to see…

Because of his size, it’s very easy to forget that Flash is still just a pup. 😂

Hence the bounding energy, the enthusiasm for absolutely everything, and that wonderfully typical Golden Retriever clumsiness!

But once all of that is over and he finally runs out of steam, you get to see this side of him. ❤️

He really is one of the most loving pups you could ever want to be around. Happy just to curl up, switch off and keep me company.

And yes… he even puts up with my very questionable playlists. 😂

Anyone who spends much time around me will know my music can go from house and trance, to the 50s, 60's, 70's, 80s, 90s and 00s… and, as you can probably hear in the video, even classical. 🎶

Something many of you probably don't know about me is that I have ADHD. Music plays a big part in helping me focus and settle my mind when working — but I've also realised over the years that the right dogs can have exactly the same effect.

After a hectic day, sometimes there's nothing better than a quiet house, some music playing in the background and a pup completely content snoozing beside you.

Flash is doing a pretty perfect job of calming the chaos tonight. 💚🐾

Since it was Cap’s last day with us, we thought there was only one way to mark the occasion…

🧸 NEW TOY DAY! 🧸

Safe to say the toy box has had a serious upgrade! 😂🐾

Cap and the gang wasted absolutely no time getting stuck in, carefully carrying out the all-important quality-control testing… although we’re not convinced every toy will survive the day! 🤣

We’re going to miss having Cap with us — so what better way to spend his final day than surrounded by his furry friends, plenty of play and a ridiculous amount of new toys. 💚🐾

Another puncture!

That's 4 this year and 7 new tyres so far.

Thankfully the guy's Foxhunters Tyres always get us in and out asap!

So if we have dogs in the van like this morning, minimal stress is caused to our pups 🐾

Believe it or not Bugsy never wants to leave the house...however once he's out, I can't get rid of him. Not that I mind, I am quite partial to a cuddle or 10 from the pack

🥎 BALL = LIFE! 🐾

Joey is absolutely loving this morning’s ball play at our private & secure field! 💚

There’s nothing quite like seeing those ears flying, that huge smile and the pure excitement of having plenty of space to run, chase and play with his pack buddies. 🐶💨

Our secure field gives the dogs the freedom to really let loose, burn off some energy and, most importantly, have an absolute blast in a safe environment.

Judging by that face… I think Joey approves!
