Last night we had the pleasure of being back out with Rolo, for a 1-1 Solo walk.

First the staring at Jo… then the puppy dog eyes… followed by resting his chin on the bed.

And before you know it, he's exactly where he wanted to be!

Sometimes, the simplest things can make the biggest difference.

Walking along our seafront today, I came across this red bench. I've walked past here countless times, yet somehow I'd never noticed it before.

Today, I stopped. I read the plaque, took a moment to process its message, and found myself deep in my own thoughts.

With the heartbreaking events at Yorkshire Wildlife Park this week, it really brought home just how fragile life can be and how much someone might be struggling without those around them ever knowing.

Something as simple as a bench, a conversation, a listening ear or just knowing that someone cares could genuinely save a life.

We all lead busy lives, often rushing from one thing to the next, but sometimes it's worth slowing down, checking in on those around us and remembering that not everyone is fighting a battle we can see.

You never know what someone else is going through, and a little kindness can go a very long way.
