We have teamed up with Delaware Farm Vets and would love for you to join us for our Joint Transition Cow Convention! 🐄

We are bringing you a day focused on all things transition cow management, with talks from a fantastic line-up of guest speakers, a selection of industry stands and a farm walk.

🍴 Lunch will be provided, thanks to MSD Ruminants GB and Zoetis

We have had a great couple days at Gillingham & Shaftesbury Show Thank you to the show organisers and to everyone who came to see us!

For everyone that entered our how many cows in a jar competition thank you, the correct answer was 231 cows and we have two winners who both guessed the closest with 235 so congratulations to Hetty & Georgie 🎉

⚠The Bluetongue risk is increasing with new suspected and confirmed cases being reported daily & an increase of cases found in the South West . There have been 24 confirmed cases of Bluetongue across England and Wales since 1st July 2026⚠

Bluetongue is a notifiable disease and therefore, should your animals (including vaccinated animals) show clinical signs of bluetongue there is legal obligation to report this. APHA will fund the cost of diagnostic testing for up to 3 affected animals.

Remaining vigilant & reporting suspected cases will help to track the spread and learn more on how we can further reduce the impact of this disease.

Symptoms to look out for include, crusty muzzles, mouth ulcers, nasal discharge stiffness, lethargy & high temperature

With the consistent warm weather flies can really start to become troublesome around the farm ☀️

We supply our farms with preventative measures from .uk including fly trap buckets and parasitic wasps which Abbie delivers to farms every 2 weeks and refills bait in the bucket traps and lays the parasitic wasp larvae strategically to get the best reduction in flies 🪰

FARMERS HAVE AROUND 20% HIGHER RISK OF PROSTATE CANCER

1 in 8 men will develop prostate cancer during their lifetime. Evidence suggests farmers have around a 20% higher risk than the general population, with each person's risk depending on factors including age, genetics, and exposure to risk factors and yet, due to the demanding nature of their work, they often avoid reaching out for help.

Back in May, a group of our team took on the incredible Dorset Mud Run and we’re still smiling about it!

From wading through deep muddy water to tackling challenging obstacles, it was a fantastic day filled with teamwork, laughter, and plenty of mud. While it certainly pushed us out of our comfort zones, it was all for a great cause

A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers, and everyone who supported us. We may have been muddy from head to toe, but it was worth every minute!
