Do your walks feel more like a tug of war?

If you dread picking up the lead, you’re not alone. So many owners tell me their walks leave them stressed, embarrassed or just plain exhausted.

Two things make a big difference:
🔸 Clear boundaries. If the lead goes tight, we stop. No pulling means we move forward.
🔸 Fulfilment first. A bit of play before the walk helps burn off that pent-up energy, so your dog is ready to listen.

Results don’t happen overnight, but they do happen. My pack is proof of that 💚

Your dog doesn’t need more commands. They need an off switch.

“Place” isn’t about control. It’s about teaching your dog that calm is something they can choose — even with the doorbell going, even with the kids running wild, even when the world gets loud.

That’s not obedience. That’s regulation. And it’s one of the most underrated tools in a well-rounded dog’s toolkit.

Moral of the story don’t loose a challenge…

My forfeit this week was to train a stuffed animal for 10 minutes

Did I want to do it? ABSOLUTELY NOT

Did I deliver? Just about 😅

No animals were hurt in the making of this film

I just hate loosing 😂
