Not that we is spoilt or owt but mum buyed us a fan that's fancier than hers.
Ha. We's not allowed to play wiff it, but we gots a nice breeze in our room now. Combined wiff da fresh water and cold eggies from da fridge we is cool as coocumbers. Even in this weekends heatwave.

Divoc seems to be showing his age a bit recently.
Won't jump down out the cage, needs the ramp in the door, has a mild left sided limp and the back leg occasionally gives out under him.
He's now 6/7 I think so it would make sense.
Keeping an eye on him. He's still playing well, eating for a small country and putting Deekus in his place.
I'm upping eggs and salmon oil amounts, giving extra chicken for glucosamine boosts and if he shows signs of any actual pain I'll have him down the vets for a check.
I'm certain it's not a break etc, just big man getting older. 💗
I know how he feels! 😅

After cleaning and trying to wrangle back into the cage, we realised Dovah was missing from roll-call.

Unfortunately we found her in her forever sleep in her favourite spot behind the sofa.
Had no signs of injury or illness, so I'm thinking she had a heart attack or a seizure under there and just didn't wake up again. She looked like she went peacefully and was just asleep. We tried to revive her/wake her (incase her was doing a ferret 'death' sleep) but her little heart had stopped and there was no reaction to stimuli/efforts.
She was a 3 year old rescued breeding farm ferret. We still have her son Deekus, so a little of her will always be here.
As soon as I'm able I'll be burying her with the others we've lost.

D.I.P Dovahkiin. Shout your little head off over the bridge. 🐾🌈🌠💔

We has bin learning to play nice wiff our new huge bro. Mum calls him Vasha, the kitten. We calls him Catzilla coz he's hooge.
We is careful not to hurt him, otherwise mum stops us playing, but he can defend himself too.
He bops us wiff his feets but not his claws, and he can jump out the room anytime.
Big sister Trixie dog guards it and boops us if we try to follow him over it.
Mum always soopervises us all, but as we have similar types of play, and he's been aware of us since Mum fetched him home, we don't need much intervention. Mum just kept him separate until he was too big to be mistaken for our lunch 🤣.

Note: mum had to let Delvin and degaine return to their breeders hone, as they kept fighting wiff each other and it was too much for her (and us who was a settled trio).
I try to pick fights sometimes, but daddy Divoc sits on my head, and mummy Dovah just yells at me. Then I stop.

Poor aunty Sarah is pawly this week. So mum made sure we 'look' clean til we can be done propawly.
Clean puppy pads and fresh straw. Fuds That'll do. We only wreck it anyway.

The 3 baby boys combined weight now = 1 Divoc who is 4.2kg 😂

Speaking of, first boy is booked in for castration on 25th Jan, seeing as all 3 are now 'big boys' and are beating the cr*p out of each other daily... 😂.

Delvin (white) is up first, as he's the biggest a-hole. Then Degaine (dark) later and Deekus (sandy) will be lucky last.

Little buggers , 6 months that's been missing, after they were pickpocketed from aunty Sarah, who spent 2 days looking for them before we ordered replacement sets.. Little buggers!
I suppose that's why their Latin name translates as 'Little thief' (Fures).
